Late/Cancellation Policy

Being on time allows you to make the most of your session. If you are late for your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you, time allowing. If that is not possible, you will still receive treatment up to the original end time.

Missing an appointment is a loss for both you and I. For other clients to have the opportunity to schedule I have a 24-Hour cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will require the full amount of treatment(s) scheduled, this includes all services that I provide.

I am also requiring that services not be changed without 24 hours notice. (Example: If you schedule a 90-minute treatment, you will be required to pay for a 90-minute treatment).
